JobsByCulture Review: Is It Worth It in 2026?

A job board where you can filter jobs by company culture, and actually see what employees say.
Who Is It For?
If you are a software engineer or a tech person and you care about culture before you apply, this is for you. It is great if you want stuff like remote-first, work-life balance, async, or an engineering-driven vibe, and you want to find companies that match that.
It is also useful for recruiters and hiring managers who want to see how their company’s culture looks compared to others.
What I Like
It is a normal job board, but the twist is the whole point. You filter jobs by culture values. So if you want work-life balance, you just click that and you are in. If you want a more intense “move fast” kind of place, you can find that too.
And it is not only jobs. You can open a company and get a quick read on what it is like to work there. You can see ratings, employee pros and cons, and compare companies side by side. I love that, because what people say about working at a company matters a lot. It affects your day to day life, your stress, and how you feel.
I also like the “why” behind it. We do not pick jobs only for money anymore. It is also about purpose and growth, and this makes it easier to find something that fits you.
On the data side, it is pretty deep for a free tool. You can filter thousands of AI and tech jobs by a bunch of culture values, and it is backed by real Glassdoor review data from profiled companies.
Pricing is simple too. It is completely free for job seekers, no account needed, and every job links straight to the company’s application page.
What Could Be Better
Right now it is mostly AI and tech companies, and only a smaller set of companies have full culture profiles. I would love to see it expand to more industries over time.
Also, the Glassdoor data is based on public reviews, so it is not verified internally by the companies. That is not a deal breaker, but it is worth knowing.
And there is no paid tier yet. That is fine for me as a user, but long term it will be interesting to see how they keep it growing.
Verdict
If you are in tech and you want to find a job that matches your values, I definitely recommend JobsByCulture. It fills a real gap. Glassdoor has reviews but no culture filtering, LinkedIn has jobs but no culture data, and this combines both in a way that just makes sense.
If I ever look for a job again, this is one of the first sites I will open.
