Auth-Email Review: Is It Worth It in 2026?

· Reviewed by Dan

Send and receive email from any account with every email client. They handle OAuth so you don't have to.

Who Is It For?

People who need to send or receive email from devices, apps, or scripts that do not support OAuth. A lot of providers require OAuth now when you log in. If you want to hook up external senders or receivers to your account, like apps, CRMs, or printers, that is not always possible, especially with older software. Auth-Email fixes that. You link your account once and stop worrying about it.

What I Like

Pricing is great. Not expensive. It is per account, which makes sense. You get something like $4 a month per account down to about $1.65 if you have more. Free trial with no time limit.

They add OAuth to your normal email in the background. You do not run servers or use another sending platform. They support all the major providers, do not count or limit messages, and deliverability is good because you are still using your provider underneath. Link the account one time and you are done.

What Could Be Better

Pricing is based on accounts and bandwidth. If you send or receive a lot of large attachments, you might end up on a higher plan.

For Microsoft 365 the account linking is smooth. For other providers you have to copy and paste an auth link to set it up manually. That can put some people off. They do everything in the browser and never store your password. They cannot access your email.

Verdict

If you need to use IMAP, POP, or SMTP with an account that now requires OAuth and your client or app cannot do it, Auth-Email is a solid option. Reasonable price, no message limits, and you can try it for free.
